The terms that govern engagements with Alboré Accountants.
These terms govern the use of this website and the basis on which Alboré Accountants (“Alboré”) provides information through it. Engagements for services are governed separately by an engagement letter agreed with each client.
Use of this website
The content on this site is general information about the services Alboré provides. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice and must not be relied on for decisions about your specific circumstances. Reading this website, or contacting us through it, does not create a client relationship.
Services and scope
Alboré provides accounting, bookkeeping, corporate tax and VAT support, financial advisory and audit-preparation services. The exact scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for any engagement are set out in a written proposal and engagement letter before work begins. Where a description on this site and your engagement letter differ, the engagement letter applies.
Fees
Where fees are quoted, they are fixed to the scope described in the engagement letter. Work outside that scope is quoted and agreed separately before it is performed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alboré is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website. For engagements, Alboré’s liability is limited as set out in the applicable engagement letter. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Audit work
Alboré does not perform statutory audits and does not issue audit opinions. Audit-related services are limited to preparation, working-paper and file support, as described on the relevant service pages.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Alboré and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
